The Aveyron is stunningly beautiful, with interesting places to visit and wonderful farmers' produce. Why go anywhere else?

This is a lovely area with beautiful villages, lovely scenery. The Abbey st Conques with its amazing treasury is certainly worth visiting but there are lots of other picturesque villages. It is a quiet area and when we visited in June there were limited numbers of tourists
