Reviews about Dordogne (13)

John Crosby

Fantastic area with lots of lovely towns and Château’s around. Campsite on side of river with canoeing and kayaking for all abilities. Really enjoyed this area well worth a return visit.

John Tovey

Very enjoyable, botanic gardens, prehistoric caves and sites plus trips on the river all within easy reach of the site. Ideal for an early or late season holiday

David Martin

We loved exploring the beautiful countryside, villages and other sites. Lascaux, a few miles to the north, is amazing. We'll be back to explore some of the areas we missed and revisit places we loved the most. In particular we want to do more cycling up the valley.

Janine Clayton

The Dordogne is an area of outstanding beauty. Sarlat is a very pretty Village. The narrow roads and poor condition of some of the roads can be difficult for some larger motorhomes.
