Almeria is quite scenic in places, but our main interest for being there was to see the preserved film sets made famous by the Sergio Leone Clint Eastwood (my hero) films A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More and The Good,The Bad and the Ugly. Great fun day out .

Lovely region keeping the traditional Spanish style white-washed villages and stunning landscapes.

We live in the Almeria region to we might be a bit biased however a lot of places still have kept their Spanish charm and looks. Plenty of hidden gems to discover along the coast as well as inland.
