Perfect for a short stay. Lovely islands and towns nearby

Beautiful area, mostly not too expensive, friendly locals, plenty of things to do.

The lake and the various gardens are of course beautiful. Travelling around in a large motorhome is not practical and we cycled everywhere. This was not so pleasant as the roads are incredibly busy all of the time. However, the destinations were worth it!
