Beautiful well-kept campsite, good and friendly staff. Beautiful region, at a river. Modern and well maintained sanitary facilities. Close to the Centre.

We have stayed here every year for the last 3 years. Great site and great location for Saintes. The staff are great and you can park where you like.

Nice municipal campsite, lovely trees beautifully landscaped and well looked after very close to town centre with a partial cycle track in but then you have to go on the road. Fantastic Roman history to the town very pretty lots of nice restaurants and all in all we had a fantastic two night stay. The toilets are semi open air as are the showers very French and at this time of year there were no markings for the pitches We were just told go where you like so we did!!

Very helpful woman on reception but this is not a 3 star site the pool is full of green algae and the sanitaires are old and worn out, some of the showers don’t work properly. It’s a pity the town has let it go, Saintes is an interesting town with lots to see and is only a short walk away it could be so good.
