Camping Au Bois Joli is situated near the town of Andryes, in the heart of the Burgundy region. You are on a campsite with lots of trees and hedges. As a result, your camping pitch always looks different from the adjacent pitches. In 2012 the campsite owners joined the French campsite organisation Sites & Paysages.

We rented a nice tent. Small but practical and fully equipped. Also a very big terrace in front of the tent. The whole camping is covered by trees so even when it's hot, it's a nice place to be. The camping is not too big so quite relaxing. The pool is also nice and the kids also loved the playground very much. Successful first camping experience for us.
The main pool starts from 1m70 (up til 2m60) which is a little deep even for adults to stand. There's also a "baby pool" but that's really shallow, so for small kids who can't swim yet it's not ideal. The camping is basically on the border of the Yonne and Nièvre departments but almost all tourist information they provide is only about the Yonne department.
