Camping de la Serre is located in the southern French department of Ariège, at the foot of the Pyrenees. This small-scale family campsite pays a lot of attention to sustainability and has spacious pitches with lots of privacy. During your holiday you can stay active on the sports field, the children can play on the playground with lots of wooden play equipment. And of course, after a day in the Mediterranean sun, you can cool off in the swimming pool. Or you can enjoy a drink, a good book or a puzzle on a lounger with parasol.

Beautiful natural campsite with nice large pitches with some shade. Beautiful greenery, lots of wildlife. Forest with more than 25 different types of orchids. A wealth of information about this, including a video on a large screen.

The location was amazing, not too busy, lovely family team who care about your experience with them. Nice activities for the kids and the surrounding area is incredible.
Maybe another pool as it can get quite crowded

Pitches were large and heavily shaded, which ment we were cool and comfortable: very important in August! Staff were very helpful and considerate. All of our family agree that we would love to return again and have the very same pitches!!
Restaurant food was average....preferred cooking on our site. Good grocery stores about 10-15 minutes away.

The location is idea, the lodges are spotlessly clean and well maintained, staff are always friendly and helpful and the setting in the forest is idyllic.
Not to build too many more too close , the privacy and seclusion is a real factor for us.

We loved the natural surroundings and space at the campsite and spotting flowers and butterflies. The pool was great and send lots of time in the water. We also enjoyed the games in the barn, particularly table tennis and pool. The bar was great, plenty of choice of things to eat and drink. Our daughter loved having a daily crepe and the pasta dishes. The bread and pastry delivery in the mornings was very convenient. Everyone working at the campsite was really friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was great fun and lots of different things to get involved with.
It was all great. A couple more Sun loungers around the pool would be helpful at busy times.
