In Saint-Martin, directly located by the Ardèche River, you will find the quiet campsite des Gorges. However, it is not just the river where the water fun is to be found. The campsite also has a 200 m2 swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and sun umbrellas. Canoeing on the river is highly recommended. The canoe trips start from the campsite. Enjoy your drink and a bit to eat in the evenings at the renovated camping restaurant with a view of the area.

We have had an amazing week on this site. It has been perfect in every way. The weather was extremely hot but having the river every day to cool down in was a huge bonus. The site is beautiful, with good facilities and a well stocked shop. There are a number of bars and restaurants along the riverside which are superb. We would definitely return.

We stayed for a week in a campsite a little to the west of the Gorge. For an equivalent mobile home, the cost was €100 less than Camping des Gorges, but the facilities and environment were far superior.
Sometimes difficult to swim because of groups playing boisterous games. Pool only just big enough for the the size of the camp site.

Staff was very helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Campsite nice and level for tent placement. Lots of trees to shade from sun.
