Camping La Garenne is located amidst the beautiful nature of the département of Ardèche, in the valley of the Eyrieux River. Managed by Dutch people, this medium-sized family campsite is perfect for young and old alike. There are lovely villages and towns dotted around the area that are great for cultural visits, recreational activities in the high season and of course the stunning nature. The campsite is short walk from the forest. And there are various rivers in the nearby for canoeing adventures.

We had a lovely large, quiet pitch at the top away from the pool. Great for families as lots to do on site.
Pitches at the bottom by the pool were quite crowded, so we were pleased with our allocation.

Great location. Toilet facilities were spotlessly clean. A fine restaurant on site with a delicious looking menu. There is a good sized swimming pool, although we did not use the pool and the restaurant was fully booked. Would definitely go again.
A drive over drop point for grey waste would be useful.

Stayed two nights on our way south. Good pitch with views. Lovely pool area, overlooked by pleasant bar and restaurant, lovely quiet background music and fairy lights creating relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly. The village is not an attraction and down a steep hill. Great with an e bike. Beautiful countryside and views. Great that we could book and pay on the ACSI app and get a good discount. Ring to book the restaurant in advance. Smell was appetising!
The restaurant was fully booked then closed so unable to use it during our two night stay.
