If you love fresh mussels and oysters, you've come to the right place at Camping Au Port-Punay. And you'll easily find the necessary relaxation on the beach (only 200 metres away), in the charming villages on the Atlantic coast and the large campsite swimming pool with comfortable loungers. The campsite is located between the city of La Rochelle and near the charming fishing village of Les Boucheleurs. The village is known for its oysters and mussels. This is reflected on the menus of most of the restaurants in this area.

Pleasant family campsite with predominantly still real camping plots, partly under high trees on 150 m from the sea. Perfect sanitary facilities and spacious plots. Charming little fishing village, very suitable as a starting point for a visit to the islands of Ré and Aix. Located between the historic and tourist towns of La Rochelle and Rochefort. Châtelaillon and its surroundings are very good to explore by bike.

Our third visit and it just gets better. Angelique and her amazing team just run a superb site. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and smiley and are a credit to Angelique!! The pitches are large and level with EHU and the calm and tranquility will make your stay just perfect. The shop and fresh bread daily are a bonus. The swimming pool is just superb and a relaxing area just to chill. The local area is a delight with lots of restaurants/bars to suit all tastes. We will be voting this site 'The best in France'. After 2weeks touring in France this is the best! Désolés à partir ! ….reception staff cheery, welcoming and really helpful ….swimming pool, games room, landscaping and pitches all attractive and well-maintained ….large shower cubicles & warmest water yet.
