Thoux

I love this relatively unknown area. There are so many lovely little villages and towns, the scenery is beautiful and there's always something going on somewhere, whether it's a night market, local fete, or a Floc (delicious local drink) festival. There's so much to see and do but what I really love is that the pace of life just seems to slow right down when we visit the Gers.

We have spent many happy holidays in this special region of France yet always manage to discover something new on each trip. What remains the same is the genuine warmth and friendliness of those lucky enough to call this their home, the fabulous gastronomy and the unhurried approach to life.

Gers is a beautiful part of France. It is calm and picturesque with interesting places to visit.
