CityCamp Assens Strand
Due to the rural character, the sparse population and the many orchards, the island of Funen is also called the Garden of Denmark. CityCamp Assens Strand is on the southwest of Funen, bordering the city of Assens. You camp right by the sea and a large sandy beach. You have lovely views of the water from the park-like campsite. Above all, here you see the most beautiful sunsets as the sun slowly sinks into the sea. This is a recently renovated campsite with modern amenities.
