Camp sites on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast

Camp sites along the Dalmatian coast, which stretches from Split to Dubrovnik form a holiday paradise for those who appreciate beaches and culture. The rugged Adriatic coastline with its sundrenched rocky, pebble and sandy beaches has an almost tropical feel.

Camping on the Dalmatian coast: a mediterranean holiday paradise

Dalmatia is not only beautiful above water, the same goes for the splendour under the surface. The water is usually crystal clear and so ideal for diving and snorkelling while camping on the Dalmatian coast. There are numerous small harbours close to the camp sites on the Dalmatian coast and many places where you can rent sailing boats and surfboards for sportive days on the water.

The many islands off the Dalmatian coast are surprisingly easy to reach via bridges and ferry services so you can get anywhere by car from your Dalmatian camp site. So you will always find a quiet beach or an idyllic bay just for yourself! At strategic places along this lovely coast you will find historic towns. The most famous naturally is Dubrovnik, also called ‘the pearl of the Adriatic’. Add to this the sunny climate and nothing can get in the way of your holiday on one of the camp sites on the Dalmatian coast!
